What Our Clients Say

Parent of 10-year-old child with school-related anxiety

I cannot express enough the gratitude we have for you Kate.  The support that you have given us to tackle school anxiety has been priceless.

You have been non-judgmental, kind, supportive and most of all have helped myself and my daughter to apply skills that have taken us from school avoidance and a lot of stress to a child that is now happy and flourishing at school and a much more relaxed mum.

45 year old male client – traumatic bereavement

“I sought Kate’s help while facing multiple family and personal challenges—my children’s emotional needs, educational support, and my own wellbeing. Kate deployed a range of tailored support packages, including life-changing EMDR. Her exceptional guidance not only supported me but created a positive path for my family. I wholeheartedly recommend her expert, compassionate support.”

LSA, Primary School

“I felt listened too. Was good to talk to someone about things in life that I tend to overlook. Kate is lovely, really makes you feel comfortable and helps with continued support.”

Attendance Team Member, Secondary School

” I learned so much from Kate. The information she gave me was so helpful and improved how I supported students and parents.  Advice to others thinking of using the service: Definitely do it, it was super helpful.”

Anonymous

“Whatever you may want to work through, there are a range of ways to approach it through therapy. I’d definitely recommend having that first conversation and seeing what support would be best for you. Kate is great with those initial conversations and makes you feel listened to and provides you with all of the relevant information.”

61 year old female client

I cannot rate my experience of therapy enough, in times of need when you think you have nowhere to go or anyone to talk to it makes you realise that you have and how, with the right therapist, that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Talking is such a good way to share your emotions and feelings and therapy can help you and will make you realise that you are not alone, that you have the help and the tools to help you on a journey to acceptance and a calmer mind.

Oliver, age 7 - support with anxiety

I feel so happy after seeing Kate, she showed me that I have resilience. I really like the steps to success which has helped me to sleepover at nanny and grandads. Kate was very helpful with my worries I liked setting the goals and feeling like I achieved them when we talked about my sparkling moments.
